Jamie, please give us details on the Batmobile kit revisions.
Is a 1/25 Batmobile slot car still planned?
I don’t work on the slot car line, but I haven’t heard about anything regarding a 1:25 Batmobile slot car. As far as revisions to the kit, it looks like we are changing the box art and adding actor accurate figures this time. We might do more later on, but that is all for now.
Are there any plans to reissue the “Get Smart” Sunbeam in the future? There appears to be a demand for it as every time one goes up on E-Bay it sells fast and for a lot of money.
Jamie, I’m curious if Round 2 is considering gettig the rights to Star Wars again with the upcoming films and renewed interest it would be great to have all those vintage MPC Star Wars kits in their vintage boxes, also, does Round 2 have the four 6 million dollar man model molds?
We’ve looked into Star Wars, but had no forward momentum to report. Six Million Dollar Man…? Maybe someday, but not right now.
Jamie,
I saw some photo’s online of the show, the Star Trek Exploration Set was on display.
Can you post any more info?
Release date? Changes/updates? Photo-etch?
Also any updates on the Space 1999 eagle?
Titan rocket?
Thanks
Mark
I’ll try to get some photos posted on the ES product page. It will be out late this year or early next. No changes. No photoetch (had planned to, but it was too expensive to include in the kit), just a straight reissue.
The Eagle will be out by the end of this year. As advertised, look for autographs by Nick Tate.
Titan should be out by the end of the year too.
The Get Smart Car and the Man from U.N.C.L.E
spy would be nice additions, would I really like
to see a re-issue of the classic Aurora Chitty Chitty
Bang Bang flying car model kit.
Fortress
Iup for a re-issue of Chitty and the Get Smart Alpine as well. In fact more than once I considered asking about Chitty but was afraid of being laughed at. Oh well…go ahead and have a good chuckle guys. π
what about the promised shuttle craft from star trek
I have the 1977 version of the U.S. Coastal Patrol Coast Guard model ( Cape Gull ) # 7409 and I’m looking for the instructions to the electric powered battery box and electric inner hull set-up . I bought it at a thrift store and it came with no instructions . I’ve searched google for a day now and I’ve only seen built models , but nothing of the inner workings . Any help will be appreciated . TY .
Unfortunately, we don’t have instructions on file that date that far back. Ask around. Someone might have a copy in their stash.
